They serve spicy mozzarella sticks and they’re delicious! I loved the Philly cheesesteak, it was very flavorful and the amount of crunch on the bell peppers was perfect. I’m not sure what the red sauce was but it tasted good with everything! The menu had so many options…I could barely decide what I wanted to get. Overall, 10/10 can’t wait to try the fried fish basket!!

What kills me is that this place could be great. But yet again i have not gotten what I ordered. It was a simple order and yet I’m still missing a good portion of it. No sauce, no funnel cake fries that I ordered (despite specifically notating it on the order), and no straws for the drinks. This is nearly identical to the mess up from my last order. I guess I was the fool to give them yet another chance. And ordering in person is no better. I waited 20 minutes when i went up there. Enduring the kids they have running the place, laughing and screaming in the back while they slowly made my order. Sad part is that the food (if you get it done right) is amazing, but the service is exceptionally bad and you will always get ripped off due to the abundant mistakes. And don’t think i didn’t notice the shrinkflation on the drinks and fries…I did.

This place forgets about customers. While I was there, I waited almost an hour for my order and saw another customer get agitated at how long they were waiting for 2 sandwiches. Plenty of people got their orders, ate and left while others still waited. To top it all off, they didn’t even make my order correctly. They have a sign telling you to make sure you order correctly but yet don’t seem to hold themselves to that same standard.

I’m from the east coast and know what a good cheese steak supposed to look like and taste like. Big Tony’s used to be good but now they are skimping on the meat and quality of the food. We will not be returning. Very unfortunate .

This one of my absolute favorite places to eat. They are very consistent and I have never had a bad experience. The workers and owners are very friendly. I live about 20 minutes away but it’s worth the drive.

I love me a Cheesesteak and Big Tony’s did not disappoint. The portions were large and reasonably priced, the food itself was delicious and the food came out in A time frame in which one would expect from fresh cook to order food would. The dining area feels a bit outdated, cluttered and I feel it could be a bit cleaner possibly. With that said I I am a customer for life when it comes to a good cheesesteak.
