i’ve given you guys so many chances and try to be a loyal customer cause i get it, but this is the THIRD crunch wrap supreme i’ve gotten, and i always add extra NACHO cheese. and they ALWAYS SEEM TO FORGET THE MEAT AND THE CHEESE. Seriously getting so annoyed because i don’t go here often, and yet my order is always messed up.

They can never give you what you actually order. I got chili cheese burritos and added sour cream, not one of them had sour cream, they were cold, you could only taste tortilla, and there was no meat in them. And also my chicken quesadillas were flat. Like paper. 1 or 2 pieces of chicken per slice (and it wasn’t even cut) and absolutely no sauce. So disappointed

I live on the north side of Fargo so it’s close. Been puttign up with slow service and wrong orders for a while, but I am done going there. Last time I went, two days ago, there were only two cars ahead of me. Took 20 minutes to get through the drive through for 4 burritos. When I got to the speaker I was told to wait, after 10 minutes I hollered at the speaker and finally got someone to take my order. Then I wait another 10 minutes at teh window for 4 bean burritos. And they didn’t say a word about the wait and seemed irritated toi gibe me my order. Rude staff and waits are ridiculous. I could drive to the one in Moorhead and still be home before waiting for the 19 Ave Fargo store to unhappily give me my orders.

Well, it’s Taco Bell. I didn’t go there for a fine dining experience, we all know what Taco Bell is. The food was normal, nothing to rave or complain about. The dining area was an absolute disaster though. Spliied food all over the floor, tables and chairs. Wrappers and lids all over the floor and counter of the drink station and the place smelled like sour puke. Absolute disgusting. Seriously the owner and managment should be embarrassed. I didn’t want to be a freak taking pictures of all the filth but I did snap a quick one, tough to see but trust me, it was terrible. The short staffed excuse doesn’t cut it anymore. The drive through was blocked off with traffic cones but no obvious reasons why so you had to go inside if you wanted to order. I really hope there was a school bus full of children that just left but I believe that mess had been accumulating for quite some time. I strongly suggest someone who oversees this place gets their act together. If the loggs was that bad I can only imagine what the food prep area was like.

Very slow. No line and stood at front counter for 20min before one person came from the kitchen to be helped with ordering food.(heard them bickering about going to counter) This store seriously needs better employees and have a manager that helps and trains. Last 2 times coming here it’s been just bad experience.. will not be returning after this I’ll drive across town to another location.

Drive order , when we started eating our nachos were saggy and soda was missing the syrup. We went inside to get it fixed and they were very nice and exchanged it without no questions . We were able to fix our soda in the lobby ourselves. And our new nacho was loaded! Thank you Taco Bell!

Staff was rude, normally I don’t care, but the food was horrible. Spicy potato soft tacos each had literally 4 pieces of potato in them. Also, the shell of my chulupa looked like a mouse had chewed on the one side of it -> I did not eat it.
