This is what they call a chef salad, and when you call to tell them that the food don’t look kosher and tell them it’s an odor coming out of the salad their busy now and rude but not rude to over charge you and take your money.

I work near this restaurant and let me tell you that their food is amazing not only the food but they have a wide variety of drinks that are top notch. They have fresh home made half & half as well as iced tea. There’s always a happy environment when you walk in with a friendly staff and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Horrible & Disgusting customer service. I placed an order a while back & was refunded my money due to the juice spilling inside the same bag as my food. So I place an order, today, and I waited an hour, no food. I call and the employee tells me verbatim: “we’re not delivering to you” “you got a refund from last time, so we are not going to deliver” I wanted to laugh so hard, because, He’s a grown man throwing a tantrum. I was rightfully refunded due to your employee spilling the juice, your mad?! They wouldn’t deliver the food I ordered, so I was fully compensated; money refunded! Won’t be ordering from them and or eating there ever again. It’s Jimbo’s, not a (5) star restaurant, they should be more humble… I’ll spend my money else where…

They use to be the go to place for breakfast but charging customers $7.05 for bacon,egg and cheese on a roll is outrageous. Can’t believe I spent $20.00 on 2 breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Never again. Better off at the deli, breakfast sandwiches are $3.50.
