Teriyaki Madness is located in a stripmall among several other restaurants and stores. It’s a few minute drive away from the Las Vegas strip. I came here for dinner and the atmosphere was welcoming and not too crowded. They prepared my order quickly. I got the spicy chicken bowl with noodles. The chicken was cooked well, and the sauce is good but just a little salty. The noodles needed to be cooked more. They weren’t soft enough for me. The vegetables were cooked well. Overall, this plate satisfied my hunger, and it didn’t seem unhealthy compared to other restaurant options in the area.

I had the chicken bowl where they used the chicken breast meat as well as the seasoning of teriyaki with the vegetables, including broccoli and carrots, in addition to the rice and the other delicious ingredients they included. I finished the entire thing. And I only used 2 packages of soy sauce. That’s not too bad. I know people who use upwards of 5 packages of soy sauce. They might have an iron deficiency. I’m not the one to diagnose these things right now, in the middle of this review. That will come later, after I complete this chicken bowl. It is great! I love it!

I ordered the large chicken katsu with brown rice only and was given a mixture of white and mushy brown rice. Not to mention the lady in the front literally gave me attitude when I asked why the amount of the large is the same as the regular bowl and I paid extra. Then she had audacity to ask me if I want a refund. The rice and chicken katsu is dry. Worst teriyaki madness place out here!

I was not a big fan of there steak teriyqki… it looked and tastes disgusting… it’s like cheap chinese “steak” food meat. We also ordered the spicy tofu and it was OK. I will not come back and wast my money here. I don’t mind that we payed $50 bucks as long as the food was good but this was a disappointment.

The service was amazing. The guy working there was in a really good mood and very friendly. It was nice. They have a lot of options and it’s difficult making up my mind. They have chicken katsu too!
