Went through the drive thru today and took forever to get my order. Once I received my order I got back to work and realized my sandwich was not what I ordered. when I called back and spoke to the manager she did offer me a new sandwich on a different day but I wanted my money back on my card instead since I couldn’t make it back. She stated that was fine and I asked for her name so that just in case it wasn’t refunded back I knew who I spoke with. She refused to give me her name. I then noticed something hanging out of the sandwich and there was paper in the sándwich! I then made the decision to go back and show he what i discovered. I was able to get her name from someone else. Her name was Stephanie, all she did was hand me my receipt of the voided transaction and didn’t seem to really care that u found paper in the sandwich all she said was “I didn’t make your sandwich” GREAT RESPONSE STEPHANIE”

Ordered at the drive thru. I had to repeat my order atleast 4 times. There was 1 car in the lot and one in front of me. Waited behind the car in front of me for 10+ minutes when they got to the window. I didn’t open my sandwich until I got home (15 minutes away) and it was not my sandwich. I didn’t bother calling because I wasn’t driving all the way back to fix it. So disappointed.

First of all, there’s a handwritten sign on the front door that reads “cash only.” Garbage all over the dining area (I thought they were renovating). 3 employees looked me in the eye and still said nothing. I just walked out after 10 minutes of waiting. I’m only rating 1 star because you can’t do zero.

waited about 30 minutes, 3 people in line, ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. get to the line wait another 10 minutes. i complain and i get no sorry or anything just a “enjoy your night” and some lame excuse. by now i’m starving, open it and theirs mustard all over it. never asked for this, i asked for a ham and cheese sandwich. (i’m allergic to mustard). i have to go in and get my refund, they don’t promise to give it. i waited 40 minutes with no food.

Whoever is doing the hiring at the Grand Prairie location on I-20 needs to stop. The younger employees could care LESS about about your order and customer service. Initially, getting half your order and then giving them the receipt back to complete your order is lame. Getting blank stares and not one apology is bad customer service.

Food was good, but service was lacking today. It reeked of confusion. I am watching servers wander around with a sandwich and ticket in their hand with a confused look on their faces. Really people!! How hard is it to match the number that you have in your hand with the number on the sign at the table? I went with a friend of mine. We ordered at the same time. He gets his order 15 min after ordering. After 25 min I ask the man behind the counter, who I assume is the manager. He yells something to the back and then ignores me. I ask him if they lost my order and he says they are working on it. Sorry I asked. Look if you lost the order then admit it and apologize. Don’t just say your working on it. What you’ve been “working” on it for 25 min?

Usually no problem but ordered on the app as I was leaving work: BOGO pizza, 1 chicken and jalapeno, 1 pepperoni, both sourdough pizza crust, 1 marinara for dipping, 1 large coke zero. Pizzas were flatbread not the sourdough I ordered, no marinara and I had to ask for the drink when given the order.

There is an interesting theme to this place . I had a delicious sandwich to go, and took the opportunity to assess the amenities for future group visits. Dog friendly patio with Corn Hole and Giant Jenga .., plugs to charge laptop and phones. (I wish I had a cord with me).
