Started coming here in June of 2018 and every single week once a week we come in for gluten free pizza before grocery shopping. 1,000 degrees pizza in Willmar is a phenomenal place to visit and eat at. The atmosphere is very enjoyable. I love the cleanliness of the restaurant, the variety of music that plays, the physical appearance (such as color scheme), the comfort of the seating, the friendliness of the staff, the very caring manager (duane) the quality of ingredients, and the order accuracy. There have been two times that the order was either inaccurate or not cooked quite long enough, but the manager went above and beyond expectations to fix it. They take every precaution possible to avoid gluten contamination, and takes the gluten allergy/celiacs disease very seriously. They offer salad, wings, cheese sticks, dessert pizza, and any possible pizza combination you could think of (i love being able to build my own gluten free pizza). I highly recommend this place. It isn’t too often I give 5 star reviews because there is usually always room for improvement, but this place is perfect. It makes the thought of moving away from the area very sad because I will definitely miss this place.

My family LOVES this pizza. Fastest build in front of you pizza restaurant. Cook time on the pizza is less than 5 minutes. This restaurant was a little dirtier than I cared for, you tell they don’t spend much time in the small dining area. As tables were dirty, floor was dirty. Bathroom didn’t smell good either.

Very, and I mean VERY terrible service and experience. I was the only customer in around 5pm. The worker came out of the back texting, finally after finishing her text she put her phone down and began to put gloves on without washing them-HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. After she put her gloves on she just stared at me like I was a major inconvenience. No smiles. No greeting at all. No pleasantly of any kind. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. I told her what I wanted. She seemed to not take any care in making my pizza. Very rude in everything she said and not one attempt towards customer service during the entire exchange. I paid, sat down and waited. I noticed the 2 people my table was near were other employees. One of the employees had her feet on the table, laying in a booth. The kitchen area was very dirty. The employee behind the counter came and brought me my pizza and just literally set it on the table and walked away, she didn’t say anything to me. Food, meh.

Boyfriend went in for a carry-out order we placed. He wasn’t greeted. We had never been to 1000 Degrees Pizza etc before. The pizza was good but a little harder kind of pizza we’ve eaten before. It was something we wanted to try. And it was good otherwise!
