We were pleasantly surprised. Our family likes to use the coupons we get in the mail here and there for Saturday morning breakfast. Our hometown Burger King has been a mess since Covid. There is always one person working, and I have seen people get fed up and leave the drive-thru after ordering many times. The lobby is always closed. We tried this BK in Elysburg while on vacation to Knoebels. The staff were very friendly. Service was quick. Food was hot and fresh. One lady was just on top of everything; cleaning tables, refilling the soda machine cartridges, handing people straws if they approached while she was refilling, and asked how everything was when she passed our table. Everything was clean and all supplies stocked. We just had to give a good review because that is so rare at fast food places these days. I hope franchise owners (if applicable) and the manager knows these folks are doing well, and they in turn treat them well. So many issues with fast food places can be chalked up to high turnover and understaffing. I am ready to be done with McDonalds and other BK’s over it. We increasingly go to chik fila because they pack their stores with enough staff, and the service is always quick, and someone is available to fix any mistakes. Please keep this BK running this well by treating these workers right. We were impressed with them and will return.

I have been to slow Burger King’s, but this one wins the award for slowest on planet earth. One car ahead of me and a 13 minute wait in the drive thru. I would have gotten out of line and just left, but the guy behind me left me no room to back up. What happened to pull ahead and we’ll bring it out if an order is this time consuming. Not going there again. Too many other places in close proximity to bother ever going there.

I had a problem with my order, the manager here, Wayne had totally fixed every issue we had and was genuinely such a good person I felt bad even complaining but he had reassured me he just wanted us to have our order completely right and have us be content with what we received. The customer service is spectacular I’ve never had a experience like I did while I was here, yes it’s a fast food place but this place is on a different level and the woman at the counter helped my daughter pick her meal an older woman offered to grab a few little cups of ketchup for my daughter so I didn’t have to leave her at the table alone. Marion at the Burger King in Elysburg is a Nut job , went to the bathroom and came out and My Lemonade got spilled only a quarter cup , I did not do it , but I made the mistake of not reporting it Marion jumped are group the next day and asked who spilled the drink , I rose my hand and said it was my drink I will take responsibility , I apologized 4 times to her but she would not accept my apology , she told me I don,t get mad I get Evan ! So yesterday 2 weeks later I got my order and sat in a open chair by my group she came over again and start yelling at me I took some one,s seat that they were ordering i did not know I just came in , and Evan asked the lady sitting there do you mind if I sit there she said no problem ! then she went up and told her daughter I told him not to sit there That was a Lie !! She did not I will never go there again she got Evan ! She talks about everyone in the place including her fellow Workers , and God forbid if you spill something that she has to work I was inbarrased by this persons behavior !! Evan her daughter apologized for her

Stopped for a late dinner on our way home. Ordered on the kiosk because there was no one working the counter. We ordered 6 large meals and paid with a card. The kiosk gave us an order number but did not print a receipt. We waiting around 15-20 minutes before going to the counter to check on our order. They apparently never received our order. Then the manager seemed to think it was a joke/funny when asked about our order. He told us it wasn’t his responsibility that the kiosk was not working properly and asked for our receipt. We explained it did not print one but gave our order number and showed him the payment on our banking app. We spent $72 and he initially refused to do anything telling us to dispute the charge on the card. We just wanted a refund or the food. It took us and 3 other groups/families experiencing the same issue before the manager asked us to write down our order so they could make it.
