5 stars ⭐️- I had this placed Saved on my “Go to” places. Came here on a Sunday and it wasn’t full because it was 1 hr before closing time. But there was still plenty customers, so I can only imagine on a busy Friday or Saturday.

This place really amazed me with its menu options and how good the food is: Absolutely stellar. I started with a shrimp and meat taco. Both were exquisite. Next, I got the Empanadillas de pulpo (octopus turnover) and I loved it so much I had to get another one to-go. The flan was spectacularly rich & creamy without it being too sweet. I will definitely be bringing more people to have them discover this place, as should you!

Family friendly. Ordered for appetizer empanadilla de pizza and alcapurria de yuca. Entree fried chicken with arroz con gandules and masitas de cerdo con arroz y habichuelas. Dessert vainilla flan. Very attentive and courteous employees. This was our second time we went there. Had lunch previous day. Highly reccommend it. Reasonable prices, very good portions.

I had been trying for some time now to find the time to go by and try out their food and I was finally able to do so for lunch. They did not disappoint at all. I ordered the mofongo con masitas and the meat was so good and flavorful. The meat was juicy. The mofongo was adequate just right and not dry. I also ordered a Carne Empanadilla and it tasted like the ones I used to eat as a kid. Really good food with reasonable prices and I will definitely be going back again

Although is owned by the same Guatemalan restaurant of “El Tipico Quetzal” the food is authentic Puerto Rican, besides not having “Marca Diablo” beans which are the long red kidney beans. The “tostones” fried plantain weren’t great as I like them yellow. The pork chops “Chuletas Fritas” were amazing. The prices are reasonable the service is not bad.

This is the real deal right here. Good Puerto Rican food that has a great atmosphere. Plenty of room for large parties of people and even has domino table and pool tables. The food was great i had the quintupleta and wow super filling and the taste was spot on. Staff is very nice. Also good music playing the whole time i was there. I was told every Friday they have live music/DJ. Definitely on my to do list now.

Unexpected surprise that reminded me of days gone by; when in a small town restaurant double as dancing venue with DJ, billiards. The decor was authentic Puerto Rican. Plenty of parking. The people behind the counter very. Food was good, a small menu that seem it change as it was hand written on chalk board behind the counter. 4 of us celebrating a birthday, we order Mofugo, acpurias, arrow con gandules. They are open late night 2 a.m.

The environment is super fun. I love the DJ and pool tables. The food is okay. The only thing that I find delicious is the chicken pinchos. I grew up on authentic Puerto Rican food so I’m a big critic and their food is average. You’ll have a good time with family and friends.
