Lunch-The say ‘do just one thing, and do it really well’. That’s what goes on here. No breakfast, no dinner. Just lunch. Six days a week. Not Saturday. Choice of four meats and a lot of veggies. Semi cafeteria style. Martie will handle your drinks and check. Super service at that. And country radio as good you ever hear which fits perfect in this eatery on the edge of the antique district. Just don’t eat too many veggies and desert or you won’t be antiquing. Enjoy.

Made a trip to try Mama’s Kitchen in Goodlettsville and I was not disappointed. The set up is cafeteria style. You walk in, get your silverware, tray and food then you find a seat. As soon as you sit you are greeted by staff to take your drink order. The food is fresh and cooked in smaller batches as to not dry out and lightly seasoned. A meat and three plus fruit tea cost me a little over $13. Considering the recent inflation of food prices, I think this is more than reasonable. The staff is welcoming, the food will warm your soul and you will leave satisfied. Check out their hours of operation on Google and go, just go.

I eat at mamas kitchen goodlettsville at least once a week. I get in and out super fast. There’s always something good. I love the chicken pot pie and hot cherry cobbler. They have ice cream too

I have tried both goodlettsville and Gallatin location several times, all visits have been good but most of the food is Mediocre in my opinion. The catfish is great along with the chicken pot pie but Most sides tastes canned or pre maid , Mac and cheese bland and mashed potatoes taste out of a bag, corn bread is great though. The workers are extremely friendly and for $10 for a meat and 3 in 2023 that’s unheard of but don’t expect a high end meal

I just happened on this place today, Absolutely The Best Meat and Three I’ve been to Yet!! I had Meatloaf, Real Mashed Potatoes, the most delicious Cabbage I’ve ever tasted and a very tasty dessert. The people were very friendly like they had known me for years! Check them out!
