Ordered 15 times in last three of months. Everytime I received a good properly made pizza. The staff is genuinely friendly. A good place without any dramas , excuses or any insults to customers which I experienced at Sterling dominos more than twice . Thanks to all these good people who are working together as a team. Honestly one of the best pizza and best dominos within 25 miles or more.

Update on the below review: The manager never contacted me. Only the canned response you see from the establishment is what I received. Dominos clearly doesn’t care when their customers, albeit long time faithful customers, receive a bad product from them. That’s the message as I understand it.

Very unprofessional refused to offer compensation for cold damaged pizzas that we watched the delivery driver drive around with for 30 minutes (we have video surveillance on our home and would be more than happy to provide it.) Then was grilled by the delivery driver for not giving her a tip(I can’t believe she thought she deserved a tip after we watched her drive past our brightly lit town house that domino’s has been to several times before. And go deliver the pizzas to a dark park across the street not associated with our address at all ) as stated our pizzas were Luke warm nearly cold by the time we received them. Management refused to give any type of compensation for the cold damaged pizzas and expected us to accept 50% off our next order.

The driver was disrespectful would not let me talk to the manager hoping for the situation to be resolved easily with the managers help I’m not mad but I’m mad at the fact that the driver said and I quote “If you can’t afford it then it’s no problem I’ll take it back” what kind employee says that to a customer???? Makes me not want to order from this location at all for future orders

The absolute nastiest staff I’ve ever encountered. When they are being sketchy about their promotions, then they just hang up and won’t answer questions. If it was possible to give them less than one star, that’s what they would be getting.
