I have been going to Jets on Shadeland for years. I fell in love with their pizza, sandwiches and salads and felt that their pricing was fair. However of the past few months or so we have noticed a decline in the quality of the food and customer service. I recently visited and order 2 salad (1 medium and 1 small) and paid extra ($2.99 or 3.99 per salad) to have grilled chicken added to the salads. What I received was disgraceful. Not only did the salad not appear very fresh, but the amount of chicken they added to the salad was not worth what I paid…I hope this location can get it together and go back to providing quality food at a fair price, as well as possibly some training for the their staff on providing customer service.

Had an order for a corporate event. Showed up an hour late. No call from the business to let us know what was going on. Had to call to find out where it was, only to be told “it should be on the road…” Found out later that they sent the delivery to the wrong address.

Jet’s Pizza is one of my favorite fast food pizza chains. I didn’t start going here until about 2 years ago. This is the closest one to me, but sometimes if I am in Fishers I’ll go to that location. This location is generally clean, the service is good, staff are polite and professional, and the food usually comes out great. I haven’t tried a variety of their foods. I usually get an 8 corner with a meat topping and their cheesy bread. They do it well done, too which makes the pizza crispier.

I placed an order for six pizzas & two orders of bread for a 4:15 PM pick-up. I promptly arrived at 4:15 for pick-up. The nice courteous gentleman behind the counter greeted me by my name & said my order was ready. He even helped me carry out a few pizzas since my hands were full.
