went to 4285 Genesee St & ordered med pizza w ch & pep. just opened 3 weeks ago, take out. waited for it & took it home. DELICIOUS. Had Bread Sticks too. waited a LONG TIME for the Pizza Hut to Open. Good to have it back.

this place absolutely SUCKS. we ordered just an order of breadsticks. nothing else just breadsticks. they told us 15 mins. we waited 25 mins, asked again they said a little longer. 55 mins later we finally get our breadsticks. we open the box they are plain breadsticks with nothing on them. I walked back inside and asked “what are these” and they looked at me funny. he said “what’s wrong with them” I said they’re missing the seasoning or whatever it is they put on top. he said “well darlin’ all you have to do is ask” I SHOULDNT HAVE TO ASK!!!! THEYRE SUPPOSED TO COME WITH SEASONING ON TOP.

I feel really bad for people making lengthy trips thinking this is a Pizza Hut location. It is nothing but a self serve shelf that offers only a few items and usually is not even stocked. An employee came out from the back once and I asked if he could make one of the personals and he said “no” and said people don’t stay back there to make food. I think they only make so many in the morning and once they’re out they are out. Don’t waste your time. The nearest actual locations are in Holley, NY, PA and Ohio, until they finally reopen takeout locations in WNY.

It’s no longer a pizza hut express, it is now called Target Snack Bar. They still sell the pizza hut pizza(cheese/pepperoni), along with breadstick bites and Alfredo pasta. They also don’t do over the phone orders/personal orders. It’s all self serve, so there is no cashier, just a target self checkout.
