Food is delicious! , Quiet family atmosphere and setting. There is a new owner and she is sweet and willing to make sure you leave there happy. I will be returning many times over…pizza and pasta dishes…I’m a pasta baby, so I leave there stuffed and satisfied.

First and LAST time we will be going to Jimbo’s. We ordered a pizza over the phone. 40 minutes later it was ready. No one else there. One of the pizzas were wrong and it took another 45 minutes for them to make another. If you like old cold pizza and crabby attitudes from the staff this is the place for you. It’s really unfortunate because I was really hoping they would at least be on par with many of the other places nearby. After 1 1/2 hours of making pizzas we just asked for a refund. BTW, It’s for sale. Now I know why.

The service was really rude, never gave us a delivery time we waited over 2 hours for our food. Our pizzas were flimsy and not cooked through. Chicken dinner was so dry i had to drink water while eatting it, fries were super soft and soggy, we asked for ketchup and only got one packet. When we called about the pizza not being cooked all the way all we got was attitude. This is by far the worst place i have ordered from and will never call or go to this place again.

This place has been around since I was a little kid and I am now near my 30’s. I always wondered how it stayed in business because it looks like a rickety old grandmother’s house with a weird awning. My wife and I went here tonight and now I know why it has been around forever. The pizza is amazing! We had green bell pepper pizza. The crust is perfect and the pizza came out piping hot with dripping cheese and the right sauce to cheese to crust ratio.

Yes, the exterior looks shabby, and the interior does look like Grandma’s house. But it’s clean and freshly painted inside, the service was spectacular and the food is awesome. Two pasta dinners with salad, garlic bread, and ice tea for a total of $26. Not bad at all. We’ll be back!

Been a loyal customer for years I ordered fish and chips at 6:30 tonight 1 1/2 hours later still no food called them and they apologized and said the new owners are overwhelmed 25 minutes later my food showed up! Again they apologized and I accepted when I opened my order there was no tarter sauce, once again I called and got an apology and they will run some out 1/2 later still no return called back and said o want a refund the owner once again apologized up and down and we’ll send someone over for a refund, here it is 4 hours after the original order still no return visit! I will never order from jumbo again after being a customer for 20+ years! Very disappointed!!!!

The pizza was decent, but the sauce is very tomato-ey. Not bad if you like it, but it felt overboard to me. The lasagna and ravioli were very doused in sauce. The best part was the bread with my lasagna. I recommend going to Jimbo’s for their bread, but probably not otherwise.

The food here is very very good especially the bread. But we went in at 5 and it said they would be open at 4 but no-one was they’re. And I really wanted bread. Now this wouldn’t have been if this didn’t happen more than once. It seems every time k come here AFTER 4PM they are closed even when it says they’re open.

I think some people should cut some slack on new management. Sometimes it takes time to get adjusted. I love this place! Great food, employees are nice and etc. I’ve had one bad experience but it was taking care of promptly while under new management. Keep it up!!
