Went to pick up my order only to find out that my order had not going through in the app, and it was still sitting on the checkout page in the app. Thankfully, the staff was really great and got everything made and ready to go super fast. Everyone there was really awesome about the whole thing.

Terrible customer service. When a customer calls about a reward you GAVE to them for their business and you response is “ let me find my manager, you know we are really busy right now,” like I don’t care if your busy. I’m a customer. Regardless of the situation my situation is no less than John Doe ordering for 6 football teams. I was given a feee medium pizza with my last order, as long as I used it the following week. Well I opened the email to retrieve the code and my phone died. It’s a one time use code so when I tried to open it it was not valid. So the customer service line said “oh the store will be able to help you with that.” Which is probably the case if the weren’t “busy” but instead pizza guy says “nope my manager said unless you have that code you’re out of luck.” Whatever I will take my business else where jerks

We ordered a few pizzas less than a half mile away from the store. Made the mistake of having them delivered. They charged $7 for a delivery fee then when the guy showed up to drop the pizza off he hounded us for a tip. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. He wouldn’t leave and stood at the door pushing for the tip. We had to scrape change together just to get him to leave. I would highly suggest Dominos do some training on what’s appropriate behavior.

These guys need a raise seriously!! It’s over 100 degrees and there is no air-conditioning in here. I over heard someone ask a coworker to take my order after coming in from a delivery, he said he hadn’t gone to the restroom in hours. He came to take my order anyway. I insisted he take his bathroom break. He came back to take my order with a smile of relief and gave me 20% off for letting him use the bathroom. Thanx guys for all your hard work.

The crew that was working the evening of 05/03/2023 was on point. Those guys were busy as hell but they were whipping those pizzas in and out of the oven like well oiled machines. And the pizza was as good as you can get from a Domino’s.
