Walked in Tuesday night and was greeted by the gentleman taking out trash. Order was taken but the cook didn’t seem happy bc he had to make an order at 920 pm. The food did come out quick not the greatest quality but it had to do because just wanted to go home after a long day of work. What made the night and experience was the white Gentleman with the beard bc he was very polite and pleasant to speak to. Keep him.

5/27 I order chicken wrap meal. No more Arby’s the food taste like it was microwave. The wrap was tough could not tear the wrap. The meal was cook on Monday and microwave on Saturday. Live less than 5 mi notes away food was room temperature. LAST TIME FOR ARBYS. Arby’s on Trenton need to shut down!!!!!

I wish I knew the girls name that works the drive thru of a night at closing.. she has reddish colored hair, Caucasian, maybe early 20s. She is AN ANGEL!! She is so very polite, quick and efficient. Literally came in and stood in line for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. No “hi” no “we’ll be with you in just a moment” Nothing. Mind you there was NOT ONE PERSON in front of us. Horrible customer service. Tried to say “hello” and even made eye contact and still nothing. Just ended up leaving. Horrible customer service.

There was manag.ent in the lobby, would not even talk to me. I had to walk by him to take my food back to the counter after the preparation of the French dip was not followed. We asked for the sandwich to be only toasted and the microwaved it anyway. The meat was not fresh, there were pieces of jalapeños in the meat on my sandwich. To be clear, I ordered a plain normal French dip toasted not microwaved.
