Absolute gem of a place!! From the first bread, to the Philly Cheese steak egg rolls (ahhh mazing) and then the Entrees (steak tips & fried chicken) ….it was the most flavorful food! Try the strawberry tea as well! Delicious soul food that won’t disappoint! Very friendly staff. Great find!

I SO wanted to like this place. Reviews: 4.7, “awesomeness”, generous portions, attentive wait staff. Sigh. It was chaos. Two young staff, one pleasant, but she seemed as flustered as a startled hen. Running around in circles, and what she got done was wrong. The other young lady tried so hard, but it was too impossible for her to greet, seat, run the register, and correct the mistakes of the other employee. I was praying that, at least with over an hour to prepare our food, (only 5 occupied tables) that it was going to be great! Wrong. Mac and cheese tasted worse than an off label dollar store brand. Waffle was cold, somehow hard, yet soggy. Greenbeans tasted straight out of a can. Chicken, wing and a thigh (not citrus roasted) semi-burnt with parsley flakes. Coleslaw? Oh lord, I don’t use that sort of language. Roll tasted like a cold Hawaiian roll sliced into 3 pieces The tea was delicious, if your arm could survive the amount of times you tried to get the attention of the waitress. We agreed, worse dining experience ever.

Great place to stop and have dinner with the family. Good country style food with generous portions. A wonderful and friendly staff plus the live music was great. You should definitely stop in if you are in the area.

Local spot on Main Street Hamlet, this food is absolutely delicious. If you are traveling to or from beach check business hours and stop for a fantastic meal. I will continue to go here!

Lovely place to eat. Me and my husband Herbert Jenkins visited the area in 5/2022. Customer service is outstanding, food is delicious and environment is to warming. We highly recommend stopping in to try some great southern food. Waiter/Waitress greets you wearing a lovely bow tie! Just lovely! You want be disappointed!
