I got a large root beer float and the cup was completely filled with ice cream all the way to the top had a cover so no root beer was spilled. That’s the best float I’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly staff. I’ll be coming back for another awesome root beer float. If you do get a large; make sure you’re hungry so you can finish it.

Food was served lukewarm at best, which tells me it wasn’t made fresh. Fries came out the same way. Ordered the family sized cheese curds for my family to share, it was the only item that was served hot. Service was fine, no issues and the country person was pleasant. Food was aweful.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied in my visit. My root beer float over flooded in our car after we took it, which being a previous manger at a&w i understand that can happen when to much is in the cup, i shrugged it off. But then i also ordered two kids meals with two cones for the kids coupons, after seeing my receipt and that I was charged for two Cones, I asked if they were still doing the free cone with the kids meal, the employee said no, only to find when I left there was two coupons in my bag for both of the cones. There was no way that I was going back inside the building to talk to the same guy for a refund. I waited to post a review because of how mad I was about the situation and the employees obvious “I don’t want to he here” attitude.

My chicken tenders from here were the worst I have ever had. I thought this place would be safe because it is a chain and the Wautoma location is great, but I don’t want to try eating here ever again. I threw 5 chx tenders away, what a waste of food and animals because they were cold and chewy and was concerned I’d get sick if I ate them. Unfortunately there is no way to be compensated unless I drive back either says the manager. No gift card or refund, which is tough. I did drive thru because I was “driving thru” the area.
