Amazing customer service! We accidentally ordered the wrong crust and went in to buy a replacement and they very kindly just replaced the incorrectly ordered pizza though it was no fault of theirs. They are always super nice. Also, the thin crust pizza is my absolute favorite! Highly recommend this store!

Marcos used to be our favorite pizza place. Over the last 6 months the service has gone way down hill. The past 4 times I’ve ordered pizza the order has been wrong/had missing items. Our last order, I asked for a refund and was told it would be on my card in 5-7 business days-never got it. Todays order, I took the pizza back because it was missing almost everything that was supposed to be on it. When I went back to pick it up they had just thrown the missing toppings on top raw (onions being one of them) and it was cold. Very disappointing

6 + people waiting on pizza on a Thursday night, more demand than workers present, waited forty minutes after estimated completion time prior to cutting my losses. Update order completion estimation system or hire more staff to move things along quicker. This seems like a reoccurring issue based on recent reviews and although these have been acknowledged online seemingly no change has occurred.

Had an issue with a door dash delivery and the owner personally delivered a replacement. I highly recommend based on food and service! Salads are fresh and the fact that they fixed an order with personal service is amazing.

I understand it was Sat night but the pizza was not ready for 25 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready which is a long wait. Recommend updating computer to estimate more accurate time. Not sure why but the onions and peppers seemed totally raw

Ordered pizza @ Marco’s it was busy phone kept ringing, not enough help , but no one in the store but us waiting on our pizza. The pizza we all got did not have hardly any sauce. So it was dry. Very dry threw most of it away. Don’t waste your money. Not worth it! 3/11/23
