No lie, La’Toscha at the drive-through was the bomb. I made a mistake on my order, and she made it right for my autistic son, even though he was screaming and crying, she said calm and she really help resolve such a minor issue but had such a big impact on my son. I really am grateful for people like this who work at companies like this, all it takes a little extra patience and small to really make the customers day. Kudos to La’Toscha, she was amazing, and I think she really still Dunkin’ Donuts mission in Core values!

Went here before church had enough time to get in for a coffee, no problem. 8 minutes, maybe more. Five minutes into waiting at the register for someone to come over and take my order while all 5 employees ignored me, solely focusing on drive up orders. Poor service! I would recommend going to the one across the Tarentum bridge by the urgent care over this one.

Poor customer service. Don’t expect smiles and laughter at this location. Ordered iced coffee instead of cold brew…opps…offered to pay extra for the cold foam. They totally ignored our request and refused to make adjustments to our order. Just squirt some damn cold foam on my iced coffee!!!

Was having a bad day and needed my coffee. Sadly it was the wrong coffee they gave me at the window. I came back and a manager Chassidy remade my coffee and it was very good. She was very polite, calm, and kind. Made my day she even had a little conversation with me.
