The employees are stressed, and it shows in all aspects. We went for ice cream and employees were talking amongst themselves about having no manager at all, not being able to get help, ect. Another customer got upset waiting on getting their order taken and the employee kept saying “this is it I’m done, I’m done”. I really wish I could say this is the only time we’ve had a bad experience there but it’s not. They seem short staffed, closed, or lobby closed down. I know that everyone is struggling with staffing, however this particular franchise owner seems to have this ongoing problem to keep his staff happy.

Order taker got order wrong. People ordering after me got food before me. Food was missing from order. Order taker couldn’t speak or understand plain English. Sandwich was cold for dine in order. Wasted 45 minutes of my lunch here!
