Stopped for breakfast in the drive thru. Had a small mishap with my sandwich so I went into the restaurant. Madison was very professional. She took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and explained what happened. My sandwich was exchanged. She was friendly and courteous. I was very pleased and will come back!

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Once I got a burger so messy I ended up wearing it. Couple days ago I got a breakfast sandwich that tasted like soap. I ordered a Milk shake that was about as thick as water.. I Recently saw pictures posted on Facebook from a former Employee showing the equipment in the back.. One Word.. DISGUSTING!!… I will never eat there again.

This burger king needs to know that people like their food hot and not cold. My onion rings were cold at best and the cheese in my burger wasn’t even melted. I asked for a new burger and it came back the same way. I’ve been in food service before and it should be the way the guest wants it..nice and hot…I ate it because I was hungry…this burger king needs to revamp the way it makes it’s sandwiches..I’m not paying 20 dollars for lunch to eat food cold.

Awful experience will never order here again. I watched the employee pick at her face and then touch the food bear hands with no gloves. None of the employees had gloves on and were touching food with bare hands. So this food is going in the garbage waste of money, and never giveBurger King business again.

If you’re ordering a burger and don’t want a particular topping on the sandwich expect it to be wrong. If you like to just order it how it comes you should be fine. Otherwise it will be wrong.

I’d like to specifically point out one employee whom I know does their job on shift, her name is Ember. She’s sweet and very nice. You can tell she’s easily tooken advantage of by her co-workers, but she doesn’t let that slow her down or keep her from doing her part, and everyone else’s part (the night shift) . She deserves every compliment that comes her way and they have no idea how lucky they are to have a person like her working at their location. She’s been there ten years and you can tell she’s there to work. Keep up the good work Ember!

Slow to take my order. Then took almost 12 mins for my order. 1 person ahead of me ordered 2 meals. I get mine sandwich buns are stale and fries are cold. Was already out of the parking lot. Subway is across the street. Next time.

There Is No Spoon
SLOW SLOW SLOW! Poorly managed. Sadly this is the only fast food in town so what do they care? No other cars at drive through, 10 minute wait minimum. Today 7 cars, 34 minute wait, and it was after 7pm restaurant almost empty. 3-5 workers mostly standing around wating for the food to cook, it’s be been like this for a couple years. And as usual they got the order wrong. The incompetence is 100% consistent.
