Ice cream machine was broken forever, which was not bad because they’d give you a little cup if you asked for one. Well now the air conditioning is out (or off), but no one offered us a fan or a block of ice to sit on. 104 degrees outside, a crisp cool 101 degrees in there

My mother and I shared lunch at Pizza Ranch in Manchester Iowa yesterday. We received excellent customer service, the manager himself asked if we were being taken care of, asked how the food is, and offered us a free dish of ice cream. The manager also made it a point to have an employee recognized as she has been a dedicated, hard worker there for 25 years. Excellent food, friendly, clean environment. I highly recommend!!

Very surprised at the variety of items on the buffet. So much more than pizza and salad, including fried chicken, potatoes and gravy, vegetables, etc. Everything was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and professional. All this and they had half price for veterans all week. I highly recommend this place in Manchester, IA! ♥️
