Left feeling very satisfied. I went on a snowy Sunday evening and was impressed by the quality of the food, friendliness of the staff, and the cozy ambience. There’s fancier ramen out there to be fair, but Ramen Kazama does not disappoint. Check them out if you haven’t already. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

This place has what I think is my favorite dish in the entire twin cities. The Karamiso ramen. Whenever I travel I try ramen spots looking to find something similar. Nothing can compare. Staff is outstanding. Service is quick and consistent. Favorite food spot in MN.

Small establishment but big on taste. The Ramen selection here really satisfies the craving from the noodles, broth, and additional options such as pickled ginger and garlic. If I were to nitpick anything it would just be that their appetizers are very hit and miss. You’re probably just better off sticking with the Ramen options.
