Fresh, hot, delicious pizza for 75 kids!! Dominoes knocked it out of the park! I accidentally ordered for a Saturday (supposed to be a reward lunch at a school for Friday). Thank goodness Michaela caught it and called to verify! Not only was she helpful in getting the best price but she made sure we had the best experience! Tontitown Dominoes is the best!

Very bad customer service. Called to order my food and got the call center and the gentleman that I was talking said he had to transfer me to the store to make my payment and when he did someone at the store hang up on me and called bank and got hang again then by the 3 time someone answered and I was upset by then and I told them to cancel my order. Went on line to make my order and I got a call from the team lead named Brianna and she stated she was going to cancel my order because of the previous call and she said that she did not fell comfortable send her driver to deliver my food. This store has the worst customer service ever.

The night of Jan 12th the guy and girl working were awesome. I forgot to get their names! I messed up my order on the app . I called and the girl fixed my order. For me with a very happy demeanor! Then when we got there the guy greeted us with a smile. Wish this was our local dominos because the customer service was top notch!

Started my Order for delivery at 5:00 pm submitted order said it was preparing at 5:27 waited for an hour called the store this young lady answered the phone and was very rude when I asked about my order and said some people are waiting 3 hours or more then hung up on me when all I was doing was checking on my order so I called the store back and someone else answered and told me it would be another 20 or 30 minutes it was another hour or more then made excuses about being short handed well it was a Friday evening why didn’t the manager plan accordingly and it was raining there should have been more staff available I finally got my food at almost 8 o’clock it was cold didn’t even taste good!!! My other question is why do I have to use that store when there is one less distance away in Lowell I won’t be ordering from this store for a very long time seems nobody cares about quality of food or customer service but they want to be paid more interesting you should care about your job and take pride in everything you do no matter what it’s the customers the pay your paycheck and keep you in business period,,,,it wasn’t worth the price for the quality of service I received not worth it at all!!!!
