I am impressed. I couldn’t finish the fourth piece, which is unheard of especially when trying to do exactly that. The steak pizza was my favorite of the 4, and by far my new favorite pizza in all of New England. They treat the crust as a functional and subtle commodity, spreading the toppings richly and equally across the entire pie leaving just about a half of in inch of crust to keep it all contained when handling. Staff was helpful and engaging, pizzas were ordered through the website and they were hot and ready at the time scheduled. Try this restaurant if you haven’t already. Try the steak pizza of you haven’t done so as of yet. 5 stars of awesomeness awarded!!

I love going to Elm Street Pizza. All the food is delicious and it’s a very friendly Atmosphere . I think Sam, Eddy and GG are awesome!! Also, all the help is great. I just don’t know all their names. Sam’s daughter and son are the BEST!! They are great kids. They are very special!!

Usually have a good experience but this time, two women walked in for a pickup order and apparently they ran out of alfredo and instead gave them my chicken parm when I had ordered 30 minutes in advance and had to stay until after they closed for them to make a new one. I feel that I should have gotten my pasta when they made it the first time but maybe I’m wrong. Was sitting on the counter after being finished yet never given to me. Order was supposed to be ready at 9:50, arrived at that time, stayed until almost 10:20. They had gotten apologies yet I had never received one. Will not be spending my money here again, seems like other customers are more important than others. They did offer a free soda or brownie yet at that point I had just wanted a refund.

Mu husband called in a pizza at 8:16 pm. At 9:15 he called to find out cause they said it would take 45 minutes was told the driver would be here shortly. Ordered one cheese, one pepperoni with black olive onions and a sprite. Well, at 9:30pm still no food. We live 4 minutes away and ordered as I just got home from work. Food finally came, but no drink, called the store since I was charged for the extra toppings and drink and was told that I’m not getting a refund and hung up on my husband. So I than call and instead of listening to me ask my questions as to why the food is incorrect and why couldn’t I get a refund. He hung up on me! Very very rude !! I will no longer be a customer, let alone the fact that your delivery driver is so rude every single time they deliver here.

I love Elm Street. I’ve been eating it since I was a kid and even though it’s changed ownership through the years, the quality hasn’t changed. I ordered 5 pizzas for a party last night and the guy that answered the phone was so nice and even read the order back to me to make sure everything was correct. When the driver got to our house, he called to let us know he was here, which was much appreciated because we have a dog that goes nuts when someone rings the doorbell. The delivery driver was also very nice and in a great mood, despite the rain. So, all in all, there is great service from when you call to order, to the delivery and the pizza is ALWAYS delicious. Our favorite is steak and pepper with alfredo sauce!
