Once upon a time, this was my favorite place to eat in the entire world. I’d ask to come here for my birthday over fancier, more expensive restaurants. But recently the quality has nosedived so hard that the food is unrecognizable from what it used to be.

The dining area was very dirty even though they were not busy at all. The one pepperoni pizza I ordered took over 20 minutes to get and was not very good (tasted stale). When I asked about the order the staff member was very rude. The sweet tea was undrinkable so I ended up paying $2.49 for ice water (I don’t drink soda). I wouldn’t have dared ask for anything else after the rudeness I had already encountered.

Understaffed, last time I was there they had 14 years olds working. Service has gone downhill as well as the food. Longer wait times, dirtier atmosphere. Found hair in my food. Use to be decent but I won’t be returning again.

When the person taking orders waits to make your salad only after you get to the window, there’s a problem. Especially when there are other staff making sandwiches. And I was behind behind 3 other cars. And in all the times I have visited this location & ordered a salad, I have yet to get my breadstick that comes with the order. I keep going back because what you get is good, just know to set your expectations accordingly & don’t be surprised.

The staff would NOT MAKE MORE ICE TEA!! It was empty, and we asked for ice tea,, no ice & no tea & they said they were out because they had a big order through the drive through! They Couldn’t get more from the back?? I think they didn’t want to re – fill the machines in the front, Because it was an hour or so before closing! Still NO EXCUSE! We would have been happy if they would have re- filled just our cups from the back! Not happy about that. And No ice .

I wish I could say that this was a positive meal experience, and I know that we’re still deep in a pandemic, and I KNOW that good help is hard to find, and, in truth, I gave an extra star because I know the owners, BUT this is just… really poor. Not even close to a correct order – NEVERMIND even looking close to the picture in the website – I may have decades of quick-serve experience, but even the newest of any of my employees from any of those decades should be embarrassed to send this to a customer. Do I expect perfection? No, I’m not Michael Douglas (ask your parents) but I DO expect correct.

Super tasty sandwiches here at this location. I have frequented this establishment on numerous occasions while I have been traveling for work in Athens. Let me just say everything I have ordered has been on par from these gals and guys. The veggie sandwich was awesome which is hard to say for most restaurants. Their pita barbecue flatbread was also out of this world. And today I tried their “the original” sandwich and it is definitely gonna be a usual choice for me going forward. The ingredient’s used for these sandwiches are definitely good quality and everything tastes fresh. Also tried there Cinnabon’s here and of course those are always banging.

Probably the worst Schlotzsky’s that I have visited. Did not make the sandwich as ordered. They didn’t even put all of the ingredients on the sandwich that the menu has for it. Finally, the tiny amount of meat used to make my sandwich was ridiculous!
