This location has struggled with good service in the long term. It has been noted in their drive thru that they often combat staffing issues. For quite awhile, only the drive-thru was open, which defeats the purpose of a drive-in style restaurant. Food quality has remained consistently OK – the location just needs some help from upper management.

Ordered meals for several people online then picked up. That process did not work. They received my order details but had to ring it up and give payment again. All food was cold. I had 3 orders of fries that were significantly shorted, not cooked/fried basically raw, and maybe half full…which is being generous. Also, I don’t know when this happened but the fries are shoestring. Go back to the big ones! Had 3 orders of tater tots that were fried but maybe 6/7 in every container. These were Medium size orders-completely unacceptable. If you order the 2 for $5 deal you basically get sliders. The other 4 sandwiches we ordered were way smaller than they used to be. Drinks were good. I will not say how I know this but the amount of money they pay for product then have the nerve to substantially overcharge customers is an insult!
