One my favorite restaurants in LA! There are several Hunan style restaurants in San Gabriel area, but this is the first time I come to Dong Ting Chun. Dishes are not so expensive, very friendly service, and clean environment! Most importantly, the food is very authentic!

Possibly our new favorite Hunan restaurant. Ordered the wild mushrooms, ground pork with fried cucumber skin, and chicken gizzards. Everything we ordered was authentic and spot on. We asked for the least spicy but even that was pretty spicy. Beware that your stomach may not feel that great if you order all spicy dishes

I was recommended by a friend who is from Hunan province about this restaurant. It becomes possibly one of the best Hunan cuisine I have ever had! Much better than 辣椒王 (chili king), which is too spicy and not at all yummy. The service is also good. Definitely will come again!

Probably the spiciest Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life and I love spicy food. I heard that this is Hunan style Chinese food and it is definitely different than Schezwan. Phenomenal stuff!!
