Food was typical quality. Service however, was poor. This was the night shift so your experience may vary but I ordered door dash from this restaurant and when they didn’t have what I ordered instead of cancelling all or part of the order they stuffed the box with a random assortment of items and then wrote on the box that I should “be happy” with not getting what I paid for. I guess they really needed that $12.00 of mine. I would not recommend visiting this particular store for third shift.

One of the worst dunkin donut due to horrible staff and the worst customer service they have. The owner here should train the staff with some basic customer service knowledge or they should put up a sign outside their store stating there customer service sucks and that makes no difference to them. It’s a shame, they call themselves employees but they hurting the business.
