Received a coupon for a free 2-topping medium pizza from Dominos, and when I tried to put it in there was an 80 cent upcharge for “premium” toppings that aren’t labeled on the menu. Nowhere in the legal disclosure for the coupon did it say that an upcharge for a “premium” topping could apply, only that Pan crust would be extra. I asked if they could put in the coupon manually (it’s an online only coupon), and they refused to put in the coupon for a truly free pizza because it came from a “third party” – aka the Domino’s website, not this franchise. You would think someone who cares about customer service would take the 80 cent loss to keep a customer happy, but I guess not. They’re more concerned about maximizing their profit on topping upcharges and hoping the customer doesn’t notice they’re being ripped off.

I wasnt going to complain when i noticed my bacon wasnt on the pizza but when the cinna twist had almost no sugar on them i was lit up. You guys usually do a great job hope this doesnt become a habit.

Have had multiple orders messed with the pizza being riddled with bubbles, that is when they even bring the proper order, do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks at papa johns down the road or you may regret it
