The food was good, however the customer service was unacceptable. The table I was with individually said thank you, and the associate who brought us our food did not respond. There was no ketchup in the machines, and the associate watched as someone I was with tried to use the ketchup pumps and did not say anything or offer them ketchup. I held the door for one of the workers as I was walking out, and they did not say anything. I understand working at McDonald’s on a Sunday is not the best, however, everyone has a job. Customer service is literally in the description of your job.

This was the greatest McDonald’s I have ever encountered. Stopped in for breakfast and coffee while waiting for my car repair as it was right next door. I was pleasantly greeted by a lovely seniored lady at the counter. She was so very kind and sweet. I sat down and she came and asked if I needed anything else. I wanted to hug her. I noticed that this location had primarily seniored workers and guests. What a really nice experience here. Such refreshing service for this chain. I rarely eat at McDonald’s, but am so very glad and grateful I did today.
