Bad customer service and the lady Jessica was very rude! We ordered 30 fish Platter and we were told it came with rice and beans with some French fries. It came with only 25 fish, have cups of rice and beans and just a hand full of fries…

I asked for 3 caldo de pescado and got caldo de marisco… I called and spoke to the manager and he said to take back the caldo de marisco so I got the caldo de pescado but he didn’t want to give me the difference what it cost… $14 difference he wanted to give me $2 so I told him to stick it where the sun don’t shine ♀️Never Again ….. oh got home and caldo was cold

If you like fish fry then this is the spot. They dress your beer just right and give it to Ina big large frosted mug. Food is always nice and hot and in a timely mater. They take orders over the phone for pick up and they have a delivery service. Asked about there specials.

Before the pandemic my family and I would always go on the weekend it was our favorite place especially with the manager really nice always checking if everything was okay. We just went last night and all I can say it will be the last. We got there and one of the waitresses said we had to wait for a booth we waited about 5 minutes though there was a lot of empty booths. We waited about 10 minutes to get our drink orders. After that another 10 to get or order. They didn’t have some stuff from the menu which was okay. We asked for the entree about two times and the waitress just forgot he finally brought it. When we got our plates we were so disappointed they had limited veggies, salad, ranch was missing the cole slaw was missing, onions, fries ect. I was so disappointed I will not return. I don’t know if they were missing staff but it’s not the same place as before. Deninately not returning!!
