I wish we lived closer, because I would go here regularly. The food was awesome, and just such a nice fresh option, and something different than you get even when you order fancy poke when out at a fancy restaurant. I actually liked this better than fancy restaurant poke bowls. Will definitely return.

Great place, very clean and bright. Good seating area. The bowls are the bomb! Build your own with three sizes for rice or salad. Lots of add ons and they all look very fresh. And yeah, those are HOT CHEETOS!

This is probably the second best poke place in the Denver metro area. Not a bad price for the size and the staff were friendly. The only negative on the food was the rice was a touch dry. The only dessert I saw was some of the prepackaged Japanese cheesecakes in one of their coolers. Not a bad place for you to try if you are in the area and wanting good poke.

I ordered Poke One, build your own bowl. Specified the ingredients I wanted and added a note that I am allergic to sesame. I’m here to write this review, because not only was the bowl phenomenal, they looked out for my health by choosing to add 2 different sauces than what I had selected cause I unknowingly selected a sauce containing sesame oil. Thank you so much for looking out for me and providing such a delicious meal. I’ll absolutely be back!!!!

It was my first time here I kind of added mainly seafood stuff in the bowl and had such great service. I wish I would’ve got the gentleman’s name but he was so sweet and welcoming. He was recommending what I should try and I tried it! They’re so sweet I can’t say this enough. Colorado does lack culture with flavor but I have to tell you this place did not disappoint!

This is a great Poke place. All the ingredients were fresh, the restaurant was clean, and everything tasted wonderful. Highly recommend this place. The only thing I would say is that they need to clearly label their ingredients. The friendly staff member had to explain a ton of it because a lot of the labels had come off the glass.

I’m not used to Hawaiian food at all. So went in just wanting to try it out. Poke One strikes me as a mom-n-pop eatery. The staff was very friendly and patient as I tried to figure out my order. I got the Signature Bowl with tuna.

Delicious food especially with the yuzu citrus sauce & great portions. I had enough to take home for leftovers. Clean restaurant and the staff were all so nice and accommodating. They even gave us free miso soup. Will be back whenever we’re in town. Thank you so much!

First wanted to say what a joke this place is. Ordered from DoorDash and was disappointed right away. Hardly any protein added, 2 slices of avocado when I paid extra for avocado, no sauce, just overall just not good. Got the poke bowl, ate the subpar food, and immediately started throwing up an hour later. I called the place trying to explain that I got food poisoning from their store only for them to tell me “my food is not the problem, I serve over 100 bowls a day, it’s your problem” instead of offering any sort of sympathy or apology for the situation. Will never go there again and warn others that they do not offer decent human service. I didn’t ask for anything whatsoever when I called and to be immediately brushed off like it wasn’t their problem is bad business. BE WARNED. YOU MAY GET FOOD POISONING WHEN EATING HERE!!! Management needs to have better service to a customer. Truly can’t comprehend how they handled a bad situation.
