My husband was very unhappy with his meal. We normally only do great reviews. But his order was cold and the chicken and the sides were cold and only the coleslaw should of been cold. I wish they would of done better when making this order because the person making the order knew this meal was cold I get its was 15 minutes before closing time. But this is unacceptable and completely wrong. Doesn’t mean we won’t be back it just means we can apparently only dine or drive thru during the day hours and hours before KFC is going to close because this chicken had been sitting somewhere other than a heating area because it was seriously cold and very disappointing and should not of been sold..

So many people ahead of us complained. It’s hard for many businesses to get products and staff right now. The lady that took our order was extremely friendly and made excellent recommendations based on what they had available. For those that complained, get a life or apply to work there too see how hard fast casual food is. I will definitely be back!

Terrible service. Ordered 12 piece family meal . Luckily I always check my orders before I drive off. No gravy for taters and no biscuits. When I told them,- they gave us gravy and then said it was a 7 minute wait for biscuits, if I wanted to wait or they could substitute for an additional side. Well duh I want my biscuits. So they knew there wasn’t no biscuits and hoped we pulled off without noticing.

The line thru the drive thru is long at certain times of day.they still don’t have their dining in open. Sometimes when you get up to order they tell you to please wait one minute and they will be right with you.

First of all they messed my order up. I asked for two breasts and One Wing. They gave me two thighs and a leg. Because I did not let them scam me on that they gave me old dried out chicken when they redid my order. The gravy on my mashed potatoes tasted spoiled also like it had been out for a very long time. The dining room is closed so they are hoping you just go on down the road and just let it go. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Don’t waste your money or your time. FOOD AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN ON KFC ANYWHERE!

What do you say. Horrible…Horrible. Ordered 30 dollar bucket in drive thru. They asked original or extra Krispy. We ordered original we received 3 original the rest extra Krispy pieces(9). Seems is if they cleaned up whatever was left over. The mash potatoes and gravy was cold. We were supposed to get cookies. Thank goodness wife checked. No cookies. No butter. No jelly. Guarantee we will never go back or if you read this do not go there.
