From the employees talking loudly and swearing at the window to each other, to the 5 minute wait for avocado toast this place reeked of unprofessionalism. Add a piece of toast with what looked like sprayed on avocado and I’m going to pass on using this Dunkin again. If the avocado was any thinner, I wouldn’t be able to see it. Therefore, I’m pretty upset about paying nearly 3 bucks for a piece of bland toast.

Burnt bagels are pretty standard for the current generation. There’s a right way and a wrong way to do something. In this case the machine does the work and the operators only responsibility is to verify the products overall condition. I took the time to create some toasting verification guidelines. I get a sweat tea every single morning from here. The last 3 weeks have Been so horrible. They’ve always been inconsistent but not like this. I’ve even tried to add extra sugar and it’s still bad. I’ve said something numerous times and nothing has been done about it. I would just go to the other Dunkin but found out they are owned by the same owner so at this point would just prefer to save my money and wait for the new Starbucks to open.
