The pizza at Paulie’s is always perfect and one of the best in the area. I prefer the thin crust but their square pizza is excellent as well. Boneless wings are always great and their sauces are high quality and tasty. Eggplant parm was incredible. I’ve never had anything bad from their menu and their customer service is also top notch and friendly every time.

Brought my granddaughter here for dinner on our special night out. She ordered a six-cut cheese pizza and I got a six-cut white GF pizza. She absolutely loved her pizza! Mine was okay. It is difficult to find a really good GF crust. This one was very thin and a bit; overcooked. I would recommend asking them to watch the crust carefully to avoid overcooking.

I stopped in on a Sunday at 4 PM, in need of some serious calories, not too picky after burning off 3800 calories, and grabbed a couple of slices. I prefer to support local businesses when they exist. This place is one of those well-kept secrets that more people need to discover. As far as I could tell, the dough was made from scratch. It was more thin crust, but it was light and soft, not overworked, and had lots of texture to it. Cooked just right. Toppings were there, enough of them. But the star of the show was the sauce. I don’t know if it was homebrew or something off the foodservice truck, but that doesn’t matter. It had enough garlic to make it pop, but not so much to make it tart. Good quality tomato base, not over-oiled and didn’t taste like citric acid. I will go back to try their other offerings. It’s obvious they know what they’re doing and take enough care to get it right.

Unbelievable customer service – an elderly woman was in-front of me picking up her order, she had a bunch of questions and took a while to get her money out (which is fine I don’t mind) but the patients and manors the man behind the counter showed was perfect, what a guy! Great employee none the less. Food was great also

Three and a half stars truly. A solid local pizza joint. Tried a slice fresh from the oven and an Italian mix sub. The bread was warm and tasty, the meats and cheese were good quality. The slice was pretty good, nothing to write home about but solid. The cheese and sauce eclipsed the dough. Weak crust. Fast and friendly service. Place was pretty clean looking. Give it a try!

As a follow up to Meghan W.’s review, we ordered our replacement food tonight after the owner was generous enough to reach out to us to correct our dissatisfaction with the original order. Let me just say I have a good sense of humor and love irony…our replacement food was inadvertently given away to another customer. The owner came over to me and was so apologetic offering a million different ways to solve this dilemma. Fortunately I had another errand to run in the area and told him not to worry and asked how long he needed to prepare a fresh batch of food. I left, went about my business and came back AHEAD of schedule and my food was ready to go. I got home, Meghan and I ate, and I couldn’t get on here fast enough to not only post about how amazing the Owner”s customer service has been despite the mishaps, but also how amazing the food is. The pizza was absolutely top notch and the flavor of the cheesy breadsticks was beyond compare. We will gladly revisit this establishment for years to come. Please everyone, be patient, be grateful, to err is to human, if this establishment makes a mistake, politely let them know, and I promise you they will go above and beyond to make ot correct. We love you Paul and the Paulies Pizza Family.
