The dunkin donuts in the stop & shop plaza staff could use more training since the sandwiches are often cold with unmelted cheese ect. The coffee often tastes watered down in comparison to other locations. Not the most friendly bunch either. Sorry truth is not always welcome. Today Oct 9 we stopped in for coffee and the place was filled with flys and they were crawling on the donuts….blah

Tried the guacamole toast with fire roasted tomatoes! Excellent healthy choice! FYI I also get a unsweetened green tea with lemon but they do not serve lemon wedges any more. Good service. Still no lemons.

This Dunkin is definitely one of the more inexperienced Dunkin’s in the area. They only have like 2 people working a shift at a time and as a Dunkin worker myself I wasn’t impressed with what I saw. They have no donuts, no frozen drinks and they didn’t make my latte right. I suggest more training for the new employees at this Dunkin and more staff and equipment.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin I have been to in RI. I waited 15 minutes for my coffee and it was made wrong. The boy working had horrible customer service and had an attitude when I brought my coffee back so it could be made the correct way. The manager on was too busy and uncaring to really rectify the situation and I usually don’t write bad reviews but I was so disappointed that I will NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS DUNKIN!

This dunkin is always “out” of frozen drinks, refreshers, donuts, literally everything. Even their hot coffee is really gross. The employees don’t care about anything really. They close at 7 most days but the employees clean and shut down most of the machines for the frozen drinks before 5pm
