Waited an hour for the pizza, that’s fine. Tipped over 20% still. Ordered half white sauce and half regular marinara. The whole thing had marinara – called to see what happened. Got told they put light instead of white – asked if I could reorder the right pizza for a discount and was told no. Not a big deal just bad business – never ordering from this location again.

I was glad to finally see what the hype was about. I order a classic pepperoni pizza. I make it back to my car. Since I knew that I was doing this review, I had to try it out immediately hot and fresh! By the time I drove home I had ate two slices because it was so good!! The first bite I took I immediately noticed the sauce as it hit my palate. It was very fresh tasting sauce it screamed to me with that first bite. Obviously the sauce really spoke to me! Honestly I think the foundation of a good pizza starts with its sauce not the dough. It is a thin crust pizza so if you don’t prefer the thin crust. Try the bread sticks with there pizza sauce amazing. Salads are delicious as well. Nice professional team the manager was filling in from another location and he was very attentive front of the line engaging with each customer. If you haven’t tried this place I definitely recommend it. Very tasteful pizza! Also fast. I was in and out in less then 7 minutes.

Waited the quoted 75 minutes for the pizza, we receive it and this is how it came. I called and spoke to the manager who after my description says “would you like me to send another one” and we will get it there as soon as possible. Never a sorry this happened. My response is yes I want another one, this looked like it was picked up from the floor….what a disappointment. Dominos may be lesser quality but no issues like this!

I Fratelli NEVER disappoints! Some of the best pizza I’ve had in Dallas Fort Worth. The ingredients are always fresh and the pizza is always hot. Their house salad dressing is delicious as well! Great staff and very friendly management at the Glade location.

Staff were friendly and clear about wait time after ordering. I ordered sausage and the pizza was overly salty. I could only taste the seasoning which was spread heavily on top. Two stars for the staff being organized. I would recommend letting customers decide the seasoning level because some prefer to taste the ingredients.

We ordered a large Big Brother and a medium Canadian Bacon, Pineapple and Jalapeño pizza. Di Fratelli’s was very skimpy on the toppings. Plus, the Big Brother was suppose to come with black olives, but there was none on the pizza.
