My daughter wanted Panda Express while we were shopping earlier today. Super long line. No biggie it went by fast. But while we was placing an order a worker was blowing her nose while wearing gloves. Then continued to touch the food with the same gloves also then decided she wanted to wipe her head. All while wearing gloves on.. she didn’t change them at all. Completely unsanitary. Will not be going back.

Horrible Service. The manager and workers are sooo rude and give nasty attitude. We had ordered food through the website for our company. And when we went to pick up they kept saying our managers name wrong and correcting us when we said the name. Rolled their eyes and were being rude! Never ordering from this location ever again! If I could give a negative stars I would. This is a customer food service. Learn some customer service etiquette and smile more!!!!

I’ve had there food before and it was good, but today I got really bad food poisoning. I was fastening since I had to do a blood draw this morning, when I got to the mall, I decided that Panda Express sounded good…I ordered the orange chicken, chow mein, and two of the cream cheese rangoons. Didn’t eat much of the chow mein, it tasted super dry. I did eat the wantons and chicken. Don’t know if the chicken was bad or the food was left out for too long.?? But I was in the mall bathroom an hour later, crying and sweating from stomach pain. Went straight home and collapsed on my bed. It was not a pleasant experience. Never eating there again. My stomach is still cramping. Thank you Panda Express

I love me a good orange chicken but I just feel like the mall makes it hard to hear both the people assisting you and what you ask for. Other then the area here the food is good and made fresh. You typically never see anything empty without a wait.
