I don’t order too often but regularly enough to know when something is wrong or different, within the past couple of months, my orders have been made very poorly here. Once I got a pizza with no sauce. Another time I got a pizza is 100% of one topping and about 10% of every other topping like they ran out. And it just happened again. I’m not sure what’s going on there but this is very disappointing coming from what was my go-to location. I advise others to order elsewhere to get the kind of pizza you ordered.

These people will cancel your order because they “don’t have a driver.” They should tell you this up front instead of when your food is ready and you can come pick it up. I have a broken ankle and am not allowed to drive. Customer service here could REALLY stand to improve.

We order from this location often. We’ve had some hit or miss experiences, which is expected, but never any consistent problems. Today, we placed an order for food for my sons birthday and I added a note asking for dinosaurs on the box. They totally did it and made my boy’s day! Food was on point also.

The manager Akissi is absolutely horrible. They gave me 2 cheesesteaks with almost no meat and burnt cheese and a cold pizza that the tracker said she personally checked. I was then told that even though my food was delivered, I would have to bring the order back myself or nothing could be done. The incompetence and general lack of care is amazing. If this is a manager, I can only imagine what the staff is like.

We placed an order at 6pm. It has now been 2.5 hours later. Our order states it’s been delivered buy we received nothing. They call us to say they will send driver back out and we should get our order in ten minutes, 30 minutes later still nothnig. never again. This location has definitely gone down hill. I will be taking this charge up with my bank since you can’t even get through on the store phone.

Order and payment was taken but no one bothered to work on it… after 45 mins when we asked for pizza they said the guy who took order has left the shift and you show me how much money did he return to confirm the order.. very unprofessional, disrespectful and disgraceful. Walked in at 10:15. One guy in the store. He said “we’re not open yet.” I said all your signs say you are. He said no we’re not and walked away to another room. I buy a lot of pizzas here for groups. I’ll never come back to this location again.

After 1.5 hours I had to call multiple times to finally talk to someone. The response was “I dont know when your food will be ready”. I couldn’t even get an estimate so I cancelled my order. The lady on the phone seemed relieved. If you want to be held hostage waiting on food to be delivered this is your spot.
