It took longer than usual to be ready. Was supposed to be ready at 2:45 and had to ask the cashier if my pizza was ready past 2:50. I ordered online 40 minutes earlier. Also I ordered the three meat and I got like four pieces of meat in the middle of the pizza and the rest was just pepperoni.

They screw up my orders on a constant basis, and typically make me wait 10-20 minutes longer than promised. Several times I’ve walked in for my pizza after waiting only to learn it was out in the open (not in a warmer) the whole time.

Lousy service every time we’ve come. We order the same 2 large cheese pizzas extra cheese extra sauce. This last time they didn’t even cut the pizza …. Given this place at least 5 or 6 opportunities to see if maybe it was just the employees but they all seem to think it’s funny to play with peoples food. collectively the community needs to stop giving them business.

I ordered some pizzas on the app at 6:58pm. It was supposed to be a “Pizza Portal” pick-up. I arrived at 1270 W. Foothill Suite E. Rialto CA at 7:05 pm. I was parked where I could see the “Pizza Portal” and I maintained view of the portal display since I parked. My order was estimated to be ready for pick up between 7:17 & 7:22. I waited until 7:25 and walked into the store asking about my order. The young woman at the front had no idea where it went. The crew in the back stated that the pizza was picked up by someone else…. WHEN? WAS IT THROUGH THE PIZZA PORTAL? NO. No it wasn’t. They bypassed the pizza portal and grabbed my pizzas. So here I sit, 7:43, 45 minutes after the order was made and I still don’t have my pizza. The manager a cantankerous woman, couldn’t explain how it happened.

I normally like this Little Caesars but today was like being in an abusive relationship. I don’t know how long that pizza was laying around but it tasted, looked and felt like fourth dynasty Egypt. But at least the abuser, oops I meant young lady at the counter was pleasant. There’s no reason for a pizza to be this old only an hour and a half after the store opens. I used to really like Little Caesars but I think I’ve been put off it completely.

I waited an hour to receive my pizzas. It was a horrible and stressful experience. I was constantly asking the cashier for my order, and everyone who ordered after me received their order before me. The workers were lacking on the orders and did nothing but walk around.

It’s little caesars… there isn’t much to say about it. Food ok, service is generally ok. Food prices keep going up quality doesn’t really improve on the company’s behalf; neither does atmosphere,decor, or even a public restroom. You get in and out.
