God forbid you ask for what you pay for or even utensils. Then get ripped off when you want a refund for the missing food. Got hung up on when asked to speak to a manager (michael). Then then manager was even more unbelievably rude than the employees. When i asked for the manager’s supervisor all i got was “call corporate” then got hung up on again. This is the worst location ever. When i went back with my receipt to hopefully get a refund i over heard two female employees in the back laughing about spitting in a customer’s food. NEVER GOING TO ANY PANDA EXPRESS AGAIN!!!!

We literally waited for 40 minutes for a drive thru order for 4 people. We had knocked at the door around 20 minutes to see what was going on and the employees just laughed at us and never even answered the door. This was around 7pm and wasn’t some weird odd hour of the night. Pretty disappointed and won’t return even after their meager 20% Discount on our next visit.

Horrible! I can describe this whole visit in one word. The fried rice was burnt and raw all in the same bite, with an added bonus of chow mein mixed in, very classic, NOT! Burnt egg rolls, hard orange chicken, and the teriyaki chicken, well let’s just say they need training on how to cut, chunks were so big they might as well have left it whole. On the plus side, I have finally received the correct amount of teriyaki sauce for the order, and the person at the drive thru was cordial

Ordered was craving panda as I start enjoying my first bite of my orange chicken then followed by chow mein I come across a hair. Which totally ruin my appetite ending throwing it all away. Panda Express should implement hair nets to be worn by person preparing plates/handing off any food
