I drove to the drive through, asked for 2 famous bowls 1 without corn. Said it twice for them to not put corn on 1. Then she proceeds to ask me if I wanted someone else’s drink order not mine. Get to checkout window and again tell her 1 famous bowl doesn’t have corn on it. Lady behind her said *she didn’t say that*, so lady changes it on computer. Get home and BOTH famous bowls don’t have corn. Like dang I repeated it multiple times for you.

I’ve ordered here 3 times through different ways. Grubhub, as guest, and as KFC member. All three orders was incorrect receiving. I ‘ve ordered 8 pc. Chicken bucket with 4 drums and 4 thighs. Never received those. Always 2 peices drums, thighs, wings and breast. And the chickens usually not fried just before, it was heated only. I guess the chicken peices were fried at least 2 days ago from my orders. I’ve enjoyed KFC, but I cannot at this store.

Went for a late night dinner to feed the family after our meal had been in the crockpot all day cooking was not finished. So the next best thing to a home cooked meal was KFC or so we thought. Customer service was rotten food was disgusting. They forgot 2 of our sides and did not give us the cookies that went along with the meal. Disappointed to say the least.

We ordered fry’s. And did not get them. Ordered a Capri Sun. Did not get that. Had a sign up. For a free Beverage Bucket. Did not honor the advertisement. The 12 PC. Bucket of chicken. We ordered original. And they mixed original with Crispy. Not a good experience today.

It was an absolute joke. Was owed a replacement dinner from prior purchase mistake. Called prior to coming just to validate it was there. Was told she found it. Drove 10 miles to get there. Just too be told by general. Manager, he won’t honor it , as the v employee only out down cole slaw. When asked for HIS SUPERVISORS number. He gave me a no longer in-service number. SO , I asked for a valid number. Then I was asked to leave, and they refused to give me a valid number to call .

I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT 25 MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD SO I LOOKED AROUND AND PLACE AND THEN I WENT OUTSIDE AND I HAD WAITED 5 MINUTES IN THEIR LOBBY THEN WAITED WAITED ANOTHER 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE MY CAR CAME BACK IN HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 10 TO 15 MINUTES TO GET THE FOOD. ORIGINAL CHICKEN DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DIDN’T PUT ANY DOWN BEFOREHAND BEFORE I EVEN GOT THERE IF THEY WERE OUT LIKE THEY SAID THEY JUST HAD CRISPY PRETTY ANNOYED WITH THIS KFC BECAUSE I’VE BEEN THERE BEFORE AND I’VE WAITED A LONG TIME TO 15-20 MINUTES THE FIRST TIME. SERVICE THERE IS POOR THEY HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO GET THE WORK DONE BUT THEY JUST DON’T DO I FEEL AS THOUGH THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED FROM THERE BECAUSE YOU’RE NOT DOING THEIR JOB RIGHT WE’RE TOO MANY FAST FOOD PLACES AND I CAN GET THE FOOD OUT A LOT BETTER WITH IT BEING DONE ALONG WITH THE REGULAR CRISPY AND ROTISSERIE ROLL GRILLED FRIES I CAN DO IT ALMOST BY MYSELF OR WITH A COUPLE OTHER PEOPLE SO I’M WONDERING WHAT’S THE PROBLEM THERE.
