Going To this Dunkin’ on Teall there’s never no one at the front counter, every employee is next too drive thru or beside the oven talking away about their problems and don’t acknowledge customers at front counter. Looked like a Manager that was very nice & finally came and assisted us.

This location is terrible, the staff is very rude!! They greet you by saying, what do you want! Orders are never right! And I alway have to ask for my receipt, in which they get an attitude!! For me asking! I refuse to go back to this location because of this BS which is very inconvenient because it’s two blocks from my house… wish they would fire everybody and get new staff and train them correctly. This could be a great location, if they did!!

Nice Decoration by staff members but the service needed improvement. Today I order large latte and expresso shot missing, the cashier stated a latte in cap does not come with form. They told her to hold off on the form, so it not a latte or cap. Yesterday my sugar brown sandwich Croissant was black, no turkey egg in cheese sandwich. There was 5 bees flying inside the store next to pick up counter.

Went through the drive thru and this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I asked them not to put whipped cream in my drink but they did anyway. When I asked for a new one the girl argued that there was no need as she could just “ scrape it off”. Then the young man behind her yelled out to me that I did order whipped cream. When I politely said I did not – he yelled at me saying “ yes you did”!! I almost felt scared ! So the girl made a new one – basically threw it at me and shut the window .. they should.close this location …

Worst one in the area. They barely get 2 of 5 “simple” coffee orders correct. Not to mention they’ll substitute your coffee, hot or ice when they don’t have that is not necessary what you ask for without telling you ahead of time and just expect you to be OK with it. Definitely don’t go there if you’re diabetic are on a restricted diet because they don’t seem to know the difference between the unsweetened flavor shots, equal, and sugar.
