We had a family style dinner at 14.50 started with appetizers then we had soup which was a flower and one was a hot and sour awesome soup! Then they brought dinner which consisted of beef with bell peppers pork chow mein fried rice was very very well worth the price that we paid for it and we will be going back all the way from Pine Grove to Ione best food around thank you so much for being there for us we went on mother’s Day they were super busy but everything was fresh and made to order and that really matters to me

Ordered ahead 20 minutes in advanced. This place was not busy. When I arrived the person saw me and then decided to ask the table eating for drink refills before asking me about my order. She then charged me $52 for an order that the got wrong. How I got pot stickers instead of pork fried rice I’ll never know. After asking for my order she then walked away and came back asking if I needed help . After 5 minutes THE SAME LADY came up to me and asked me if I needed to be helped. I’m assuming this is the same lady that took my order and hung up on us before taking a name or giving us our total. Then another lady comes to me asking if I need help and I tell her my order has been paid for I’m waiting for it and gave her my number she then walked away for a few minutes and returned to ask if I needed help. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING THIS! Then another customer comes in and picks up his food the second he walked in. I asked how long ago he ordered and he replied 10 15 minutes ( I have now been in the restaurant for at least 10 minutes and that’s after calling 22 minutes in advance). After sitting down and stretching out to be an inconvenience they finally brought me my food. Once I got home I found that the bottom of my bags were filled with liquid. Not a fan of the way they run their restaurant. I will say the food is good but not good enough to deal with the BS. I will be going into Elk Grove from now on.

I must say our 2nd experience ordering here was definitely better than our first. The lady who helped was super nice, patient and went over different options I had for questions.i ended up ordering by dish instead of the dinner per person options which were good but you can’t swap out chow mein for fried rice and im feeding a pregnancy craving tonight food was prepped and ready to go faster than I thought it would be and tastes so good! The only thing I could say was I was the mandarin chicken which was on the menu as spicy wasn’t as spicy as I’d hoped but still cooked well

Had dinner with my family of 7 and received quick service. Our general chicken was perfectly cooked and coated in sauce, the broccoli beef was delicious, the honey walnut was crunchy and saucy without being nauseatingly sweet, the chowmein and fried rice was moist and both had a good combination of meat and vegetables. Our drinks were full the whole time and our needs were met.

Hidden in the back of this little shopping center it’s little hard to find. Although the county has opened do indoor dining this facility is not allowing it. The sizzling garlic chicken and vegetables was excellent. But keep in mind currently everything else to go

We love Ione Chinese Restaurant, staff is friendly, service is fast, and food is great. We especially love the lemon chicken, chicken is half breaststroke fried fried whole and sliced with lemon sauce poured over. We had the egg Foo young for the first time at this restaurant, and my husband, who does not usually like egg foo young, enjoyed it. Easy, level parking too.
