We dined in, but most people just got pizza to go. Pizza and garlic bread were good. They didn’t seem used to having people dine In. We had to ask for plates, and they didn’t keep the plates or drink glasses stocked. It’s more of a cafeteria feel to the restaurant. That being said, the food is good.

Worst customer service. Attempted to order pizza over the phone a full three hours before closing. I got nothing but one syllable answers in the rudest why are you bothering my voice. I asked a question and got the answer of okay. He asked for my phone number by saying just the word “phone”. I have been getting Pepinos pizza for decades from their original location. I guess after moving, I will be looking for a new local pizza place. People do not deserve to be treated this way. Good Luck with you TERRIBLE customer service.

Thought I’d give this place a try. Ended up being a little disappointed. Very similar to jet’s Pizza but pepinos was definitely greasier and the outer crust was not as crisp but overall it did taste good.

My pizza was and is cold. It stated when I ordered online it would take a full hour before my order was ready. When I arrived at the time given I felt my pizza and it was cold. Completely disappointed, figure your order system out and if it gives the customer an hour timeline follow that and don’t make it ahead so it sits under the warmer. People pay to have hot fresh pizza not something that’s been sitting under the warmer for forever. Call if the order is ready, so many things you could do to make your customer happy.

The pizza is always good. I also ordered the wings, not so good. I ordered them well done and well, that did not happen at all. I don’t know if they deep fry them or bake them but they were not good! In fact, I bit into one and it felt like it was a raw wing! Thank God it wasn’t! After that I couldn’t eat anymore of the wings. Now, back to the other pizza, it was good not great, I also ordered the pizza well done and the middle was soggy with a ton of flop! Still love their sauce on the pizza and love that they have a thin crust option, I just wish they could figure out how to get the crust nice and crisp! I would order pizza again, just not the wings. Wings in my opinion need to be extra crispy.
