Tried calling multiple times… left on hold for almost a whole hour, eventually I received my order cause I gave up and ordered online but before that their website was down. The pizza wasn’t the right one I ordered, the lemon pepper fries I received were soggy and the wings I received had rarely any sauce on them. Won’t be ordering from them again.

So, I ordered through the papa johns app, like I always do.. 1: the doordasher ended up delivering my food, (John f. Is his name, probably in his early 20’s) which he was very rude and disrespectful, yelling at me and my boys, drove 1 mile (which 3 minutes) demanding a effing tip while he’s cursing at me and my boys. He wants to say it’s very disrespectful of me to not tip him but he’s being disrespectful to me and my boys in front of my 1 year old son which that is not okay with me.… 2: he also delivered the wrong order… me and my boys are beyond heated at this point… this is by far my worst experience ever with papa johns…

Every single time I order from here no matter time of day or day of week I end up with atleast a hr wait. Upwards of hr and a half. It could be Tuesday night and still a hr wait for a place 7 mins down the road. We get cold pizza, late pizza, and under cooked pizza. You need more drivers or something but hr long waits on a basic night of the week is nuts id understand if there were sporting events on but this has happened every single time I’ve ordered. Sick of paying and tipping for cold pizza a hr after I ordered it.
