I typically love coming here in the afternoon staff is usually good. Usually. Sandra always gives me and my kids A1 service and makes sure food is fresh. I came at 9:15 just to pick up a small order for my kids. The Manager in Charge Anna has a bad attitude. I get it you’re about to close at 10 but why would you drop and refry food that’s been sitting. Hard as hell tenders. On top of that I asked to split the payment which the kid working with her said was okay. She charged my card once and instead of telling me she tells the kid to tell me. Doesn’t even try to recharge. Called card while in line and said was activated and had balance. Because food was packed already I didn’t want to cancel order because my kids were hungry. Night experience is a 2/10 only a two because the kid working looked stressed and needed help and she kept belittling him like he suppose to know and do everything by himself.

Chicken is good. Never had it before. Place no matter what state it’s in, is a mecca for homeless people. Biscuits at the best of all the Chicken fast food restaurants. Chicken is super greasy but delicious nonetheless. Would buy again.

Okay sooo I don’t usually eat here but I was super hungry and it was in the area so I settled. I decided to try the Mac and Cheese and an apple pie. Both were underwhelming to me. I think the texture of the pie was strange but the apples were yummy, the dough felt sort of tough though. The Mac and cheese is fine, I’ve had better but it’s not bad. The service was fine. The workers were kind to me and that’s always appreciated 🙂 I didn’t get any this time but their biscuits are delicious. That’s one thing I will always vouch for here.

Got myself 2 family meals cost almost $80 from the drive thru. Got home open up the box to notice that they put the fresh made chickens on top of the old leftover oily burned chicken just to cover it so we can’t see it. Very disappointed.

absolutely bad customer service. the gal who took my order looked moody and made faces whenever I would ask about the choices of sides or chicken flavor and it would be nice if they could properly place my food in the bag, it almost seems like they just threw it into the bag. also, my biscuit looks like it had a bite taken off and then decided to sell it. the chicken and fries were great tho, im not complaining there, simply the bad mood and bad customer service delivered by their employees.

I go to this place quite a bit, everytime I always have an issue, either wrong Kind of chicken, they forget to put my peppers, people are rude when you ask them something. I only go every now and then cuz they are going down hill. Use to eat there all the time, especially when the BBQ mosquite come back.
