This is one of my favorite vegan food options. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu as there is something for every palate. I’ve had at least 90% of the menu. ♀️A few of my favs: anything brunch (lol), Curry Cabbage, So’Lasagna, BKT, Umi’s Butterbean & Kale soup, No Fish Fry, cornbread, Soul Power Rolls….I’ll stop there. The man at the counter was very kind and let me try the curry and bbq jerk entrees as well as the mac before making my decision. I ended up going with the jerk and a side of mac, although everything was absolutely delicious! Definitely a great spot, I love to see such great tasting vegan options available in market like this!

You can tell these food has came from the soul. Most vegan food. I have taste in the past. It tasted more cardboard this it came from love. You can taste the soul in it. You can taste various multiple flavors throughout each dish. I’ve had the luxury to have each dish on the menu to the point where I actually bring friends with me so they can try something as well. The owner is usually always there. His name is carnell. He’ll walk you through the menu. Tell you his story why he became vegan and how he adjusted his lifestyle to where he’s at now and you’ll love the whole story. Take your time. Pick out something next time you go. I have visited Willowbee SoulVeg twice and both experiences were amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. The staff are kind and attentive.
