So the food is okay nothing special but good nothing absolutely horrible just not that great. But the service is horrendous they can’t even get one order right. I asked for French fries they gave me coleslaw their biscuits were a little bit stale they were super crispy on the outside like a french fry and then unsure if they were cooked on the inside. And they have imitation butter spread. All in all it refreshed my memory that I will not go to KFC very often I do it once every 3 or 4 years and always regret it this place was especially bad in that they couldn’t even give me French fries and substituted my French fries without telling me for coleslaw which is horrendous all it is is sugar mayonnaise on your greens

I wish I could give then negative in each category. Bad customer service if you order online for pick up they are never ready, this is 2nd time we ordered crispy got regular after waiting 20 minutes in store (don’t know meaning of ordering online for pick up). The server was literallythrowingchickeninto the bucket (have some respectman). Not recommended for anyone if you are in a hurry.

Last time I went I got the $30 fill up but they wouldn’t allow me to change even one side (which my previous KFC had no problems doing). Was told it wasn’t allowed…obviously manager’s decision. Tried to buy the same thing last week and was told they didn’t have it. I said I saw it online and was told I need to buy it online. Bought a 12 piece bucket which on the drive thru menu said $26.99 but when I drove up to pay they told me $42+. Ended up purchasing anyway. I had gotten there 15 minutes after they opened. The chicken was dripping with grease and mac-n-cheese wasn’t fully cooked. We normally love their chicken but this KFC is the worst I’ve ever been to.

I just went threw the drive threw. I first asked the gentleman standing outside if still open, and he greatfully said yes ma’am. I was like thank God well there 95% of the time I only get the potpies as their so delicious and I was starving!!! Unfortunately the same gentleman with the brown hair nicely let me down with bad news that they we’re out sadly I jokingly said so that means your paying for my meal then lol and said I’m just kidding. I work at McDonald’s so I know what it’s like. I proceeded to order something different and he made my night by paying for my meal since they were out of my favorite and only favorite dish. I said on no I was jk it’s ok, and he stated no I’m for real. Order whatever you’d like besides the potpie. I was shocked & stunned and so grateful! That honestly made my night. I just order a couple CHK tenders and a small Mac n Chez. I didn’t have and cash on me for a tip so the best I could do to thank him was give him one of the scratch off tickets I just bought… That’s was amazing customer service.not just bc he paid for the meal, but how polite and sympathetic he was knowing I was bummed about the potpie, and I had a long day n just wanted to get some food n get home. Thank you so much! I’m greatly appreciative of the support! KFC managers make sure you give him some kind of bonus or incentive for such great compassion customer service and amazing work at the end of a long day shift that is 100% satisfactory customer service. Trying to compensate the order you need to have more employees if you don’t already like that that go out of their way to make a customer happy so please make sure he gets some kind of incentive for the great customer service and due diligence he did tonight for me I am so grateful I can’t thank y’all enough!

First I went through the drive thu waited 45 mins got home and one of my meals was missing. Called and the manager made it right. But I had to drive all the way back. Second got back waited another 15 mins before getting waited on then order more food for my kids for tomorrow. I ate some of the mashed potatoes and gravy. Potatoes tasted very off tonight and gravy tasted water down. The wraps where poorly put together and the wait time on the second order was another 30 mins for stuff they just had to put in a bag.

As of this passing Sunday, I will nolonger be patronizing this restaurant. A customer in front of me witnessed an employee drop some tongs on the dirty floor and precede to use them on the food! The customer called him and out and then I put my two senses in and his response to me was ” Ma’am they anit that dirty “. Considering that the cooking utensil fell on the floor, it was dirty and it makes me wonder if he has done this before? Disgusting place. Need to stop hiring crack head kids that obviously don’t take pride in their work.

Possibly the smallest chicken leg I have ever seen, may have been a chicken nugget. Sat in drive thru line for 45 minutes, there were 6 cars in front of me and at least 6 cars left the line behind me. I will try ordering online next time for one more try as the food although meager was good.
